TiO2对CaO-Al2O3-SiO2玻璃结构和性能的影响

| 采用DTA、IR方法研究TiO2对CaO−Al2O3−SiO2玻璃体系结构的影响。DTA分析结果表明,随氧化钛含量的变化,玻璃转变温度tg呈现先升高后降低的趋势;析晶放热峰值温度tp则逐渐降低。IR分析,少量的Ti4+的引入,有助于Al3+进入玻璃网络中。当氧化钛含量超过4.5mol%时,Ti4+以[TiO4]的形式进入玻璃网络,使网络结构加强;当氧化钛含量达到7.5mol%时,出现六配位状态的[TiO6]8-。随着氧化钛含量的增加,密度逐渐增大;化学稳定性,先降低后升高,在一定范围内,引入TiO2能提高玻璃耐碱性。 |

| The effect of TiO2 on the CaO-Al2O3-SiO2 glass system was studied by DTA and IR.DTA analysis showed that with the titanium dioxide content changes, Glass transition temperature (tg) at first increased and then decreased; crystallization exothermic peak temperature(tp) decreased gradually. IR analysis, glass network become stronger for introducing a small amount of Ti4+, When the titanium content of more than 4.5mol%,Ti4+ form into the glass network and by [TiO4] strengthen the network structure; when reaches 7.5mol%, the six-coordination state appears [TiO6]8-. With the titanium content increased, the density increases; chemical stability, first and then decreased, in a certain range, the introduction of TiO2 can increase the alkali resistance of glass. |
