LED光源的光谱功率测量与分析

摘    要:
随着高功率LED技术的进步,LED光源已成为机器视觉行业的主流光源。而对LED光源特性及参数的研究,限于实验装置的缺乏,国内企业还仅局限于所使用LED的固有特性和国外高功率LED光源检测数据的参考。本文根据光谱功率分布的理论及检测原理,设计了针对南京春辉公司高功率LED光源的检测设备,并对检测数据进行了分析,得出高功率LED光源在有光纤束连接的情况下光谱功率分布的展宽随波长的不同而不同,且光纤束会降低光源色温的结论。

Measure and Analysis of Spectral Power for LED Illuminator

Abstract:
LED illuminator has been the main illuminator in the machine vision field with the development of LED technology. But in researching of the characteristics and parameters of this illuminator, due to absence of testing instruments, the internal enterprises are limited in the inherent characteristics and parameters of the LEDs they used to assemble their light sources or what the foreign corporations offered. This paper designed a test instrument for the Hi-power LED illuminator of Chunhui corporation, and analyzed the data from the experiments, and come to the conclusions. From the data, we know that compared to the light from the LED illuminator, there are different width-broadening of the spectral power distribution in different wavelength and the color temperature will be reduced after connecting with fiber bundle.
