活性胺改性双酚A型环氧树脂在玻璃纤

| 采用化学方法将二乙醇胺接枝在双酚A型环氧树脂的骨架上，以冰醋酸作为中和剂，制备了改性水性环氧树脂。在大量的实验基础上，确定了最佳的合成配比及工艺条件，产品赋予细纱优良的集束性、耐磨性，同时满足制品的加工要求，在退解、捻线制造过程中减少毛丝和淀粉的脱落。 |

| the preparation of modified water borne epoxy resin by making diethanolamine chemically-link to the bone of bisphenol A epoxy resin and glacial acetate acid as neutralizer. Basis on a large number of the trials, making a confirmation about the formulation during the synthesis and process conditions, it gives excellent strand integrity and abrasive resistance for yarn, while satisfying the requirement of production in reducing fuzz and amylum’s falling during the process of unreeling and twisted yarn. |
