| 本文简要对拉丝炉体各部位的传热进行数据化分析,介绍了各部位的传热情况和热量计算方法。建议选择合适的炉体结构和保温材料,以降低其表面温度和拉丝炉外表面积,来减少拉丝炉的热损耗;拉丝炉加球孔的散热和冷却水带走的热量也可以采用合理的技术方案实现有效利用。希望能给企业提供一个参考,以便能采取有效的节能降耗措施。 |

| This article briefly on drawing furnace body of each part of the heat conducting data analysis, describes the various parts of the heat transfer and heat calculation method. Choosing the appropriate structure of the furnace body and insulation material, in order to reduce its surface temperature and drawing furnace surface area, to reduce the heat loss of wire drawing furnace; furnace ball hole heat dissipation and heat taken away by cooling water can also adopt the reasonable technical scheme to achieve the effective use of. Hoping to provide a reference, so as to take effective measures of energy saving. |
